Title: “decorative art objects out of scraps”
Target
Group: Pupils, Unemployed people, Women, Elderly people, Handicrafts.
Field of Recycling: Wood, Cigarette boxes, Old textiles, Scraps of metal.
Tasks or Contents: Working mainly with wood, old cigarette boxes, old textiles and scraps of metal and creating decorative art objects and a variety of items such as art dolls, wooden sculptures and mixed media paintings on canvas. The most representative object is a decorative wooden sculpture, called “the cities”, out of wood scraps get from a wood shop. In a second stage, the “cities” were hand painted with crayons and acrylic paint. Sometimes, metal scraps are being used – such as kitchen scrubs – and being added to the composition.
Also, art
dolls are created, where dried clay is being used for their body and old
textiles for their clothing. Besides, mixed media paintings are made, where it
is used as a base a canvas where cigarette boxes is glued and later also a
paint is applied. The objects are inspired by the Nature, thus the most
favorite themes for the artists are butterflies and houses.

art of construction, industrial and natural material”
Target
Group: People who have worked in the construction business, Unemployed people, Retired
from the field of building.
Field of
Recycling: Metal, Wood, Paper, Cloth, Old electrical equipment etc.
Tasks or
Contents: Design of new objects (which can be used in everyday life) by using
various kinds of building material, art sculptures.
Results: Lamps,
Furniture, Sculptures, Accessories.

Title: “Recycling
materials to Hats & Bags”
Target
Group: Students, Unemployed people, Apprentices)
Field of
Recycling: Natural fibers, Recycled or
re-purposed materials such as: old plastic, bags, textiles, yarn, paper and discarded
toys.
Tasks or
Contents: Crocheting, knitting and making hats and bags using natural fibers
and recycled or re-purposed materials such as old plastic bags, textiles, yarn,
paper and discarded toys. This process is ideal for both adult and children
above 10yrs old.
Results: In
some of the bags, (pic1) old vinyl tablecloths are being used, that they were
turned into a large tote that is also ideal for carrying groceries.
